About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at goeasy. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial services representatives and driving sales growth through effective coaching, training, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of financial services representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions and customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience
    • Minimum of 12-18 months experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Financial Services Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of financial services products and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
