About the Role:

As a Branch Manager at goeasy Ltd., you will be responsible for leading a team of financial services representatives in a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Coach and train your team to achieve sales targets, provide guidance on customer interactions, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build trust with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Manage Collections and Portfolio Growth: Oversee the collection of outstanding accounts, identify opportunities for portfolio growth, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the branch, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading a team in a sales environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
