About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial services representatives and driving sales growth in our Lloydminster, SK location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Coach and train your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue in your branch.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing cash handling, inventory, and customer complaints.
  • Meet Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the company, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 12-18 months experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial services products and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
