- Employee Management: Hire, train, and develop new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Merchandise Returns: Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise related to product quality or customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for sales staff, taking into account customer traffic, peak periods, and employee availability.
- Sales Performance: Sell merchandise and promote products to customers, achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management and informing business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may impact store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately counted, stored, and replenished as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Competitive Salary: An attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
