Job Title: Data Entry Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team at On-Site Cleaning Inc.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with transportation provided by the employer. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and register documents for data entry into specified software systems.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, adhering to established formats and protocols.
  • Transfer data between software systems as required.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases according to established procedures.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and organization.
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents for further processing.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train - no prior experience necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sitting work environment.
