Role Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for integration solutions to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in integration and technology solutions to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of integration products to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Meet planned sales goals.
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in selling integration and technology solutions, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms and technology solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales cycles, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
