About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative at the Saskatchewan Laser Hair Skin Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing basic information and assistance as needed.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Operate the switchboard, process customer information, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Coordinate Appointments and Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive payments.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Directory Assistance: Assist clients with directory inquiries and provide information on services and products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Mac OS, and other relevant software.
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and ability to multitask.
