Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security
  • Perform various tasks within the store during each shift, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
