- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including room amenities and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and handling guest requests.
- Process group arrivals and departures, including room assignments and billing.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Administrative Tasks
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Opera and other hotel software systems.
