We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Walser Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Plan and manage budgets
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
