This permanent position involves providing administrative support to our operations team, working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences and other events as required;
  • Distribute mail and other materials in a timely manner;
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details with relevant parties;
  • Respond to telephone calls, relay messages and handle electronic enquiries;
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position;
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
