About the Role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

This role also involves arranging training for staff, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, establishing work schedules and procedures, and planning, organizing, and overseeing operational logistics of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Arrange training for staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
  • Plan and oversee operational logistics to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management)
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations or a related field
