Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client events and activities to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal partners to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, including account administration and documentation.
  • Work closely with RBC WMC Marketing partners to design and manage team websites and social media channels.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete within the first year.
  • Experience in the securities industry.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High quality time management and organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
