Business Development Lead

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client events and activities to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with advisors and internal partners to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service and support, including account administration and documentation.
- Work closely with RBC WMC Marketing partners to design and manage team websites and social media channels.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete within the first year.
- Experience in the securities industry.
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- High quality time management and organization skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
