  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily tasks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and according to plan.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage Office Supplies and Inventory: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
