About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Castle Clean Home Services Ltd. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash containers and recyclables to prevent odors and maintain a clean environment.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning and disinfecting elevators, handling lost and found items, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Training and Support: Participate in awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
