Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced fast food restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 people, handling cash, implementing procedures, and enforcing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine Services: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete accurate financial reports to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate with suppliers and clients, and participate in marketing plans to drive sales and growth.
  • Health and Safety: Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
