About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of staff members, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly.
