Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our team at Spitfire Arms Alehouse/Hole in the Wall Restaurant. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement menus that meet quality standards and appeal to customers
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations for menu changes and promotions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
