Job Title: Physical Testing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Testing Manager to lead our team in conducting performance and durability testing on BRP recreational vehicles. As a key member of our Technical Services - Engineering team, you will play a critical role in validating products under development and managing our various test sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle test sites in North America, overseeing human, material, and financial resources.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy vehicle validation best practices, prioritizing health and safety.
  • Mobilize teams at different test sites to meet quality and performance targets.
  • Optimize planning to ensure efficient distribution of workload at different test sites.
  • Master the concepts of recreational vehicle driving, including skills, equipment, infrastructure, and weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and priority management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Commitment to evolving in a flexible and dynamic environment.
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) for daily communication with test sites in the United States.
