Join Our Team - Manager of Vehicle Testing Operations

We are in search of a skilled Manager to oversee our Vehicle Testing Operations team, responsible for executing performance and durability assessments on our recreational vehicles. As an integral part of our Engineering division, you will be pivotal in validating products currently in development and managing our testing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vehicle testing facilities across North America, managing resources and budgetary considerations
  • Work closely with development teams to establish best practices for vehicle validation
  • Lead teams at various testing locations to meet quality and performance objectives
  • Enhance workload distribution among different testing facilities
  • Acquire knowledge in recreational vehicle driving principles and environmental conditions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of five years of pertinent experience
  • Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual proficiency to facilitate communication with testing sites
