About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Michael Hill, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee store operations and provide coaching mentoring to team members. Your leadership skills will help drive sales growth while maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Candidates with previous experience in retail management or related fields are preferred
  • A strong understanding of KPIs and ability to drive results-driven performance
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Familiarity with premium customer service standards and expectations
