We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our high-pressure equipment product line.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless sales and rental processes.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Attend industry events, training sessions, and tradeshows to stay up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in outside sales or sales management, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure equipment and related accessories and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
