We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our high-pressure equipment product line.
About the Role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and acquire new customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and operations, to ensure seamless sales and rental processes.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Attend industry events, training sessions, and tradeshows to stay up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to support business decisions.
- 4+ years of experience in outside sales or sales management, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure equipment and related accessories and applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
