Industrial Sales Manager, High-Pressure Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the high-pressure equipment market.
About the Role:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the high-pressure equipment market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive in the market.
- 4+ years of experience in an outside sales or sales management role, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
- Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure equipment and related accessories and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
