Job Title: Meat Cutter and Processor SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Processor Specialist to join our team at Cioffi's Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and cutting meats to prepare them for sale, while ensuring excellent customer service.
About the Role- The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role or in food preparation and handling.
- Must possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
- Process and cut meats according to company standards and quality control procedures.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are fresh and appealing to customers.
- Remove bones from meat to prepare it for sale.
- Cut poultry into parts as required by customers.
- Grind meats to create a variety of products.
- Train other staff members on meat cutting and processing techniques.
- Create special sausages using different ingredients.
- Design attractive displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to entice customers.
- Work closely with management to implement new ideas and improve existing processes.
