Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at LLH Food Service Group. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, as well as wrapping and packaging prepared meats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
  • Weigh meats for accurate pricing and sale
  • Price meat products according to company guidelines
  • Grind meats as needed for various products
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
