Job Summary

Cioffi's Meat Market and Deli Ltd. is seeking a skilled Butcher - Wholesale Meat Cutter to join our team. As a key member of our wholesale department, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim meats to order
  • Prepare special cuts of meat for customers
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh and price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Hand-eye coordination
Work Environment

Our wholesale butcher shop is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
