Program OverviewThe Management Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role at EMCO Corporation. The program consists of four phases, each focusing on a different aspect of the business:
- Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service - Gain hands-on experience with the logistical side of the business and learn how our products get from the vendor to the customer.
- Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement - Develop your skills in managing large-scale projects and problem-solving, and learn how to build strong relationships with customers.
- Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales - Focus on business development, learn how to find new business opportunities, and develop your sales skills to expand the customer base of the business.
