About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing expert to join our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. As Vice President, Digital Marketing, you will oversee all marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, retention, and affinity. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals, mentor, and motivate them to achieve the company's corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, direct, and execute a highly effective marketing plan and strategy aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring their skills are developed and utilized to maximum potential.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with corporate priorities.
  • Champion the digital experience to create the best possible experience for customers.
  • Analyze industry, market, and customer trends to establish long-term digital marketing strategies.
  • Leverage data and marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and communicate results to senior management.
  • Define and orchestrate online marketing, acquisition, and campaign efforts across all marketing channels.

  • Superior communication and people management skills.
  • A proven track record of driving highly effective multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to understand consumer needs and translate learnings into marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
