Job Title: Construction Materials Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Materials Sales Representative to join our team at Modern. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Provide expert knowledge of construction materials and their applications
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including bidding on projects and developing new leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
