About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 5048692 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Merchandise and Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective merchandise and inventory management strategies to optimize sales and reduce waste.
    • Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Work with the sales team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
    • Work with the finance team to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
