Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support III to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our Virtual Opioid Dependency Program, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and appointment booking functions
  • Operating the switchboard and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing electronic visit documentation and supporting Case Managers and Physicians
  • Providing program information to clients and collaborating with community pharmacies and urine collection sites

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team and exercise good judgment and initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Opioid Dependency Treatment
