Your Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support III to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our Virtual Opioid Dependency Program, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registration and appointment booking functions
- Operating the switchboard and maintaining accurate records
- Processing electronic visit documentation and supporting Case Managers and Physicians
- Providing program information to clients and collaborating with community pharmacies and urine collection sites
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team and exercise good judgment and initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Opioid Dependency Treatment
