Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including preparing and filing correspondence, preparing expense claims, and maintaining office supply inventory and petty cash.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients, including preparing and filing correspondence, preparing expense claims, and maintaining office supply inventory and petty cash.
- Perform a variety of assignments requiring knowledge and understanding of established methods, procedures, acts, rules, and regulations.
- Exercise judgment in the application of established methods, procedures, acts, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Grade XI plus four years' related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
