Recruitment Specialist

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices, and collect and screen applicants.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants, and coordinate selection and examination boards.
- Communication and Administration: Advise job applicants on employment requirements, notify applicants of selection results, and prepare job offers.
- HR Support: Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility for entitlements.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word.
This is a permanent position with a work term of 37.5 to 44 hours per week. The work language is English.
