The Role: Premium Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Premium Accounting Analyst to join our centralized accounting team at the HUB Financial Center. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing reporting and metrics, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure accurate and insightful financial data.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze department reports related to production activities.
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and propose solutions for optimization.
  • Distribute assigned reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility.
  • Analyze data trends to identify patterns and recommend actionable insights.
  • Assess performance opportunities based on reporting data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in accounting, finance, or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills across various channels.
