The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Payables Analyst to join our centralized accounting team, HUB Financial Center (HFC). This role will partner closely with leadership to support reporting and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and analyze departmental reporting to inform business decisions
- Maintain and update metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and communicate with leadership
- Circulate reporting to departments to enhance visibility
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide potential resolutions
- Monitor performance opportunities and strengths from a reporting perspective
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid attention to detail
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
