About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Payables Analyst to join our HUB Financial Center (HFC) team, the centralized accounting team for HUB International. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with leadership to support our reporting and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze departmental reporting that applies to production
  • Maintain and update metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Proactively collaborate with leadership on recognized process gaps, successes, and improvements
  • Circulate reporting as assigned to departments to create visibility
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide potential resolutions
  • Monitor performance opportunities and strengths from a reporting insight
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year experience in accounting/finance/customer service fields preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Flexibility of working additional hours as needed based on business needs
  • Effective and active communication through various channels

The expected pay range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, retirement matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
