Job Title: Administrative Officer - Operations Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Jordan Home Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment: Our office is located in a busy construction area, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
