Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to prevent delays and errors
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure accurate delivery and inventory management
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Dental plan and health care plan provided
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
