Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Head Coach to join our team at Nike Tsawwassen Mills Store in BC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences, drives sales growth, and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and store leaders to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless store operations.
  • Focus on one of three Areas of Expertise: Consumer Experience, Athlete Services, or Product Life Cycle, and gain critical experiences that propel your development journey.
Requirements
  • Four years of retail and/or consumer service experience.
  • Three years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members.
  • Digital literacy and willingness to learn and adapt to technology needs.
  • Flexibility to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of post-secondary education considered a plus.
