In this key role, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies focused on achieving profitability targets for the Newcomer and Cultural Markets Segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage across functional teams to implement data-driven client acquisition & growth strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leading business case development, research & reporting to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to develop and launch impactful initiatives.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strategic mindset and vision for the future of the Newcomer client segment.
- Proven expertise with marketing, forecasting, and interpreting portfolio trending analysis and financial statements to direct strategic business decisions.
- A dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team environment.
