Job Summary

In this key role, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies focused on achieving profitability targets for the Newcomer and Cultural Markets Segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage across functional teams to implement data-driven client acquisition & growth strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, leading business case development, research & reporting to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to develop and launch impactful initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic mindset and vision for the future of the Newcomer client segment.
  • Proven expertise with marketing, forecasting, and interpreting portfolio trending analysis and financial statements to direct strategic business decisions.
