Job Title: Level Designer - Quest

As a Level Designer - Quest at Jobs for Humanity, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive quests for our games. Your primary focus will be on designing unique and interactive environments that guide players through an engaging and memorable adventure.

You will work closely with our team to conceptualize, prototype, and deliver high-quality levels that meet our standards. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to feedback will be essential in ensuring the success of our games.

  • Design and create engaging quests and missions that entertain narratively and in gameplay
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work with design guidelines and best practices to deliver high-quality content
  • Seek out and act on feedback to improve your work
Requirements:
  • Experience in creating robust quest and mission scripts in game engines (Unreal, Unity, etc.)
  • Sharp sense of pacing, narrative progression, and drama
  • Level design, gameplay encounter, and/or 3D layout fundamentals
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accept and adapt to feedback
  • Ability to find resources and solve problems
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Understanding of the open world/action-adventure segment
