We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Governance Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of the Committee Governance Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the Wealth Management Europe Governance Framework.

Job Description:

  • Support the executive committee and boards by acting as committee secretary for a range of committees across the business' governance framework.
  • Provide advice and support to chairs, members, and contributors on governance issues, consistency, and standardisation.
  • Plan and prepare committee meetings, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
  • Establish reporting standards and ensure appropriate action completion through the committee framework, the boards, and the business.
  • Support all governance committees, responding to enquiries and sourcing solutions to issues on protocols, committee meetings, terms of reference, minute taking, preparation of documentation, and other matters pertaining to committee activities and corporate governance.

Requirements:

  • Company secretarial or legal experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in administering governance committees from a company secretarial perspective.
