Storeroom and Receiving Coordinator

About the Role:
The Storeroom and Receiving Clerk is a key member of the Purchasing Department, responsible for procuring various items used by the hotel. This includes sourcing vendors, ordering and tracking purchases, and receiving goods in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventories for food, beverage, groceries, and sundries as required.
- Inspect all goods at delivery entrance to ensure orders are correct and of good quality.
- Handle all deliveries of goods to the appropriate departments within the hotel, including loading and unloading carts and placing items in the correct storerooms.
- Ensure the loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean, and organized.
- Check and match receiving documents to electronic purchase orders daily to verify price quotations and report any discrepancies to the Purchasing management team.
Requirements:
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

Schedule & Hours:
