About the Opportunity

Bechtel is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Supervisor to join our team for the Elevated Guideway and Stations project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale infrastructure project with a leading global engineering, construction, and project management company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities with the deployed interface lead/coordinator to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review Contractors project engineering progress against approved schedules and evaluate changes to recommend corrective action.
  • Develop and check S-curves for design production, ensuring alignment with contractor schedules and design control points.
  • Work closely with the design review team to align internal OLTA review resources with the design submittal schedule.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team to validate BIM LOD corresponds to contractor conveyed progress and understand quantity status.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience working in the rail industry and/or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated technical writing, data management, verbal communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • A firm understanding of rail engineering procedures, principles, and concepts.
