About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Foot Care Nurse to join our team at Elizz, an integral part of SE Health. As a Foot Care Nurse, you will provide personalized care to clients with distinct needs in the community, utilizing evidence-informed nursing knowledge and skills to meet their physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic nursing care to clients and their families in their homes and communities
  • Use current technology for care delivery and documentation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care plans and modern models of care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in foot care nursing
