We are seeking a Foot Care Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to clients in their homes and communities in Victoria.

You will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skills, and judgment to provide holistic nursing care that meets the physical, safety, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients and their families. This will involve working within the LPN scope of practice to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Required Qualifications
- Current registration with BCCNM
- Demonstrate knowledge of patient care requirements
- Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Foot Care Certification (Basic and/or Advanced Foot Care Courses)
- Demonstrate knowledge of the nursing care planning and process and evidence of the ability to utilize problem-solving
- Excellent use of critical thinking skills in all aspects of providing care and collaborating with the healthcare team
- Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent team building skills
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to function both independently and as a multidisciplinary team member in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Basic Cardiac Life Support as a minimum
- Ability to perform general LPN duties
- Ability to utilize current technology for care delivery and documentation
- Knowledge of Electronic Patient Record Documentation systems
- Willingness to travel between and work at all homes and institutions as required
