At Taber Taxi, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work independently under pressure. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and will be fluent in English. They will work 30 hours per week and will be a permanent employee.
