Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Taber Taxi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and coordinate administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
