Job Title: Inside Account Manager

Citron Hygiene is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, track sales activity, and analyze customer data to inform sales decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales-related IT systems.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
