Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Above average computer skills and technically savvy
